A scrappy tone was set early in the wet and windy TCU vs. West Virginia game when an obvious face mask penalty was overlooked by the officials. But the consistent rowdy crowd was silenced when Horned Frog Jaden Oberkrom kicked a 37-yard field goal as time expired to edge the Mountaineers, 31-30.
Unfortunately, a referee spoiled my photo of field goal holder Zach Allen leaping in jubilation, but I made a few other photos that showed the tempo of the game.
